Managing Director of SERRIS REIM, a pan-European asset manager with operations in France, Portugal, Spain, and Belgium – expert in real estate investment and management in the French market, with a team of 40 people, and assets under management of almost 700 million euros and nearly €4 billion in investments.

Ricardo WERTH

Fund Manager, pan-European market specialist

A founding partner of Korzo IM, Ricardo has 25 years of experience in pan-European commercial real estate, having invested in prime office space in major European capitals (Paris, Berlin, Hamburg, Frankfurt Brussels, Lisbon, Madrid, etc.), and having developed and managed several pan-European funds. Ricardo has invested over €2 billion around Europe with these Funds and for renowned Institutional Investors. Originally from Germany, Ricardo has held positions of responsibility within CBRE Spain for 18 years, Managing the Capital Advisory, Fund Management business, and being a member of the Executive Board. He was also Managing Director of an Important Spanish family office for several years, developing their European Investment Portfolio through a SOCIMI, participated in the Development of IREMCAP, and Founded Korzo Investment Management.

Guillaume SAINPY

Senior Partner, pan-European market specialist

After more than 20 years of experience in the real estate sector, Guillaume is a founding partner of Korzo IM, having previously developed its own company, Iremcap, specialised in investing as an operating partner for institutional investors. Iremcap also manages the portfolios of these investors in Iberia. Born in France, he completed his international experience working as Director of Investments and Corporate Accounts at AOS Studley (today Colliers) and later on managed on its own residential and commercial developments in Spain and abroad.

Guillaume has a certificate in Hotel Investment & Asset Management from Cornell University (USA) and an MBA from the University of Deusto.

Francois HELLMANN

Experienced real estate fund manager and founder of 5 SCPIs and 50+ professional funds, overseeing around €5 billion in pan-European real estate investments. Double degree in Urban Planning Law (Université Panthéon Sorbonne) and Urban Management (ESSEC Business School), 2005. Started at DTZ EUREXI, handling clients: Proudreed, AEW, AXA, TOTAL, EDF in real estate appraisal and valuation.Served as Investment Manager at PAREF, co-founded VENDOME CAPITAL PARTNERS, managing 4.5 billion AUM for clients like BLACKSTONE, CRÉDIT AGRICOLE ASSURANCE, and more. Founded SERRIS REIM, acquired SOGENIAL IMMOBILIER, and established BELLEROPHON REIM. Launched CITESIA crowdfunding platform. Currently manages 1.2 billion in assets, operates in 5 countries, with 110 professionals, achieving 30 million in sales.
